Inspired by a meal at a Seattle pizzeria, Marc Waltzer set out to create an artisan pizza unlike any other. Using only the finest ingredients, he spent two years formulating and revising the dough. When the recipe was perfected, Wild Truffle was born. The restaurant now serves unique, artisan pizza’s and delicious, family-style italian meals. What started out as a quest for the perfect dough, has become a mission to create the finest artisan pizza in the US.

Chef Marc Waltzer, is founder and owner of Wild Truffle. With over 25 years of experience in the food industry Marc aimed to focus his passion for food towards creating unique dining experience with Wild Truffle.
